Who is PINKAMI?

 

CAN I CONTACT YOU?

Of course! We love hearing from you guys. For most issues, the easiest way would be to send us an email at support@pinkami.com. You can do this anytime, and a Customer Service representative will make sure to get back to you within 24 and 72 business hours. If something needs immediate attention, you can contact us on Facebook. We will reply to you in time.. Pro tip: Monday mornings are always super busy, so we would wait a few hours to call for a shorter wait time!

What payment methods do you accept?

For now, we only accept payment from PayPal. You can use your credit card but via Paypal to make a payment. We are working on more methods for your convenience.

NOTE: Please be advised that there will be a temporary Paypal account generated for credit card payment and that is linked to your email address. Once a refund is made, an email will be sent to you with a link for you to be able to accept it and transfer the money to your account.

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

You can find out by checking the drop-down menu of all the countries we ship to, located in the Shipping section.

 

 

Where Is My Order?

Your shipping confirmation will be received only when your items are fulfilled. Please fill in your both account email and order number to monitor the order status.

Tips for Shipping

1) A telephone number is required for delivery. Leave the correct email address in your order so that order confirmation and shipping confirmation will be sent.

2)Germany is as our logistics hub of (Only United States) DHL. Take it easy! It will be shipped to your place soon.

3) Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, APO/FPO & U.S. outlying territories are not accepted. Your address should be detailed enough, even including the apartment or unit number. Nondelivery or extra shipping fees due to personal reasons will not be taken by Pinkami

Can I exchange or return?

Yes! Items can be returned for a refund or an exchange as long as:

  • It is within 30 days of the ship date (returning package must be postmarked as so)
  • The merchandise has not been worn, washed, or altered in any way

DO I HAVE TO REGISTER TO PLACE AN ORDER?

Nope! Just go ahead and check out if you don’t feel like registering :)

 

BUT ARE THERE BENEFITS TO REGISTERING?

Of course! It’s free, and you can:

  • Place an order with just a few clicks (no filling out your details every time)
  • Check your order status and history anytime you want
  • And keep items in your shopping bag so you don’t have to re-select them next time

(But just so you know, the things in your cart aren’t saved and can still sell out!)

 

SO HOW DO I DO IT?

It’s super fast. All you have to do is:

  • Click the “Register” button on the right-hand side
  • Fill out all your info
  • Check the box if you’d like to receive special offers from us (and trust us, you do!)
  • Press “Create”

The email address you provided will be the username you use to log in. Easy, right?

DOES Pinkami GIFT CERTIFICATES?

Yes! You can purchase gift certificate codes, which are available in $25 increments, by clicking here or selecting the “Accessories” tab on our navigation menu. You can enter a gift message if you’d like, and the certificate will be emailed to the recipient within 24 to 48 business hours, redemption instructions included.

YOU DON’T HAVE PHYSICAL STORES?

At this time, no. But you never know what could happen! For now, we’re happy to be an online-only store, which allows us to get you the best in new merchandise as quickly as possible -- our number one priority.
