we have 2 different shipping methods: Expedited Shipping, and Standard Shipping. The shipping rates and AVG shipping times are as follows:

 

 

***Attention:

1. Please leave the correct email address in your order so that order confirmation and shipping notification will be updated to you. Besides, a phone number is required for delivery, please leave the correct phone number because the carrier & deliverer may contact you for delivery if necessary.

2. The shipping address should be detailed enough, it would be better if it included the Apt/unit number. Nondelivery or extra shipping costs due to personal reasons will not be taken by Pinkami. Unsuccessful delivery caused by wrong/insufficient/incomplete shipping address, wrong post/zip code, or blank mobile column can not be compensated by Pinkami.

3. Please note that we do ship parcels to the P.O. Box Address and Military Address via Standard Shipping methods, but Express shipping methods are not available to the P.O. Box and Military Address.

4. If you need the item urgently or for scheduled occasions such as parties, vacations/holidays, trips, anniversaries, ceremonies, etc.. We would advise you to choose the Express shipping method.

5. Please note that shipping to outlying territories or remote areas & islands may take much longer shipping time.

6. Shipping times will be affected during public holidays or extreme weather because the manufacturers & carriers will limit or suspend their operations at these times, Unfortunately, this is outside of our control, normal service resumes soon after each holiday or extreme weather ends.

7. It may take a few days to follow the order shipment before the tracking number becomes active on the tracking website. If the information has not appeared on the tracking website, please try again 1-3 days later.

8. Due to longer customs clearance times, Standard Shipping times have been extended to 35-45 days for destinations in Latin America, like Brazil, Chile, and Colombia, and 25-40 days for destinations in Africa, like South Africa, Egypt, and 10-25 working days in the Philippines.

Return

Return Process

Please carefully follow our returns process to minimize any delays:


1. If your item is returnable, please contact our customer service / Facebook / Instagram / Pinterest to request a return form.
2. Our customer service team will respond to your request within 24 business hours and provide you with a Return Merchandise Form (RMA) along with our return address. Please check your email inbox/spam/junk folder again.
3. Please return the item according to our instructions on the RMA form and send us return proof in the form of the tracking number and a valid return receipt.
4. Once we have received the returned item(s), we will email you and arrange an exchange or a refund within 3 business days.
5. Please keep tracking the package with the courier. If the returned package is lost, we can’t arrange a refund, please contact the courier to get lost compensation.

Return Shipping Costs

1. We don't charge the buyer's return shipping fee.
2. All shipping fees are at the customer's expense. This includes shipping fees for a return or exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. Please contact your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping fee. We recommend you use the cheapest registered airmail method that is available.

 

Refunds
 
1. Refunds will be issued only after a return-eligible item, postmarked within 35 days after the purchase date, has been received at our warehouse, and has passed our quality check.
2. For products that are returned by this Return Policy and pass our quality check, refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive your return package. The refund will be issued to the original payment method
Unfortunately, due to transportation delays, your refund may require an additional 3-5 days to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
3. The original shipping fee, if any, is non-refundable.
NOTE: If you have any issues with your return, please contact Customer Support within 90 days after your purchase date.

Returnable Items

Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 30 days(Return shipping time won't affect return request) of receiving must follow the criteria as below:
1. Faulty items damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival(Please send some photos to us, once we confirm Faulty items, then return Faulty items to us.).
2. Items received in the incorrect size/color(Not as Described or Defective).
3. Unwashed, unworn, and unused item(s) that have not met your expectations within 30 days of receiving.
4. Swimsuits can be returned but must be returned with the hygienic liner intact. If the swimsuit is reversible, both liners must be intact to be accepted for a return. Any swimwear received without the hygienic liner (both for reversible swimwear) will receive no refund or store credit.
5. Clothes must be packed with the original transparent/nontransparent packs which can protect clothes availably.

Non-Returnable Items

We will not accept returns in the following conditions:
1. Items outside the 30-day warranty time frame.
2. Washed, worn, used or misused items.

Notes: All returns must be authorized by the Pinkami Team via Email. Returned items without a Return Merchandise Form (RMA) will not be accepted.

 

I Want to Cancel My Order

Once your order has been shipped out(although the tracking# email may be delayed), it can no longer be canceled.
But you can contact us to return and get a refund after we receive your returned item(s).


Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
